    WHY I TEACH

    I believe yoga is not about doing more; it is about listening better. My teaching integrates traditional yoga philosophy with modern understanding of anatomy and the nervous system, creating space for students to feel safe, capable, and at home in their bodies. This is yoga as a lifelong companion—steady, supportive, and sustainable. 


    I came to yoga, like many people do, looking for strength. What I found instead was listening. Over time, my yoga flows became less about how much I could do and more about how deeply I could feel—how to move in ways that supported my body, steadied my nervous system, and honored the seasons of my life. Yoga taught me valuable wellness tips, revealing that strength and softness are not opposites; they belong together.
